We are now looking for a Group Manager for Attendo Råbyvägen in Uppsala.
About the role
As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work alongside the team in daily care work. The role involves a present and supportive leadership in the operations where a larger part of the job is to work with our customers. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your workgroup and are involved in developing and ensuring the quality of the operations in accordance with Attendo's working methods and values.
You have several group manager colleagues and you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management team.
Main responsibilities
Guide and work in daily care work together with the team.
Responsible for daily operations and planning on the department/floor for your team.
Personnel responsibility; recruitment, introduction of new employees, development conversations.
Involved in developing and ensuring the quality of the operations.

Qualifications
Trained nursing assistant or equivalent work experience, preferably in elderly care.
Good computer skills.
Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
It is a merit if you also have
Previous experience of leadership, coordination, or planning.
Experience in elderly care.

Working time: Daytime, evenings, and weekends.
