Are you the one who makes it possible to stay at home? We are a friendly group now looking for colleagues for Tynnered Home Care.

As a nursing assistant with us, you will have a varied job where you contribute to a dignified and meaningful life. You will have the opportunity to develop in your professional role while making a difference for those we serve. Your working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and every other weekend.

Working in home care means that you support and assist the care recipient in their own home, and you will get around by bike or car. Your work includes practical help with personal hygiene and care, support during meals, activities, laundry, cleaning, and more. You will also perform health and medical tasks according to instructions and delegation from a nurse. All documentation is done digitally.

About You

Requirements:

• Trained nursing assistant and can present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare for protected professional title, or demonstrate that you were employed as a nursing assistant at the introduction of the new regulations.
• Driver's license (B)
• Experience with cycling
• Swedish language skills in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Further education focusing on dementia or geriatric psychiatry.
• Experience in care and support work.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you meet people with respect and focus on their needs. You are confident in your role and communicate clearly. You enjoy collaborating but also thrive working independently. You are flexible and have a professional and warm approach.
