Do you want to help shape the future of primary care rehabilitation?

At one of Sweden's most modern facilities? Then this could be your next challenge.

Joylife is a well-established healthcare provider with a strong commitment to long-term health, high accessibility, and individualized rehabilitation. With operations across the country, Joylife offers health and medical services in both public and private sectors – always with quality, accessibility, and job satisfaction at the center. We are now launching a new rehabilitation service under the framework of Region Stockholm's primary care rehabilitation (LOV), and we are looking for an experienced and dedicated occupational therapist who wants to be part of it from the beginning.

About the position

You will work in a multidisciplinary team alongside physiotherapists and dietitians in brand new facilities equipped with the latest technology. The focus is on the core mission defined in Region Stockholm's agreement for primary care rehabilitation – which means you will meet patients in need of early, preventive, and coordinated rehabilitation efforts. The goal is to support patients in regaining or maintaining their activity and functional ability, based on their daily lives.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a licensed occupational therapist with at least 4 years of professional experience, a significant part of which is in primary care rehabilitation
  • Has good knowledge of activity assessments, assistive device prescriptions, and coordination of rehabilitation efforts
  • Is accustomed to working from a person-centered and evidence-based approach
  • Is confident in your profession and has the ability to independently plan, implement, and follow up on interventions
  • Has good digital skills and experience documenting according to current legislation
  • Thrives in a team and is curious, solution-focused, and interested in contributing to a developing organization

We offer you:

  • A central role in the startup of a completely new, modern operation
  • Colleagues who are passionate about quality, development, and collaboration
  • An employer who values your expertise and provides you with the conditions to make a difference
  • A unique working environment with high accessibility to both technology and multidisciplinary support
  • Secure employment with good conditions
