About the position

Responsibilities:

• Service efforts, HSL efforts, and care according to assistance decisions

• Documentation according to applicable routines

• Collaboration with the manager, colleagues, relatives, and other professionals

The working hours are day, evening, and weekend according to the schedule.

We may have clients who smoke or have pets.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, caregiver, or has experience working in elderly care/home care and wants to work with us in Norrköping.

We wish that you have good local knowledge of Norrköping municipality.

The position is initially a needs-based employment, but the goal is a fixed-term or permanent employment.

Requirements:

• B driver's license

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language – both spoken and written

• Ability to work independently and make decisions

• Good collaborative skills and a professional approach

• Responsible, flexible, and secure in the professional role.
