Based in Gothenburg's Energy Port, we produce and distribute lubricants to customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, and the Baltics. Your role

As a Transport Planner, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and well-planned logistics flows. You handle everything from order and transport planning to complaints and invoicing. You have an important role in the dialogue with our customers and partners while collaborating closely with the internal team.



Your main tasks:

·       Handling of orders and transport planning

·       Establishing shipping plans and ordering freight services

·       Releasing orders for invoicing

·       Handling complaints and return cases

·       Ensuring that work processes and instructions are followed and optimized

·       Managing and answering incoming calls via the company's switchboard

·       Supporting colleagues in the logistics department as needed



About you

Since the role is customer-oriented, we prefer that you have a strong sense of service and understand the importance of putting the customer at the center. You are flexible and have the ability to quickly prioritize and switch between different tasks. You thrive in a role with a lot of customer contact combined with administrative tasks and find it easy to understand various issues and effectively take initiative, find solutions to problems, and develop the work. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive team spirit.



We are looking for someone who has..

·       3-year upper secondary education

·       A few years of work experience, preferably in logistics or customer service

·       Very good computer skills

·       Ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
