About the position

We are currently looking for sharp customer service representatives for our client. Customer service is a central point for planning and service for their operations as well as the contact surface internally and externally. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of an engaged team and thrives in a role where communication, service, and commitment are in focus. The work is done via phone and email, and it also includes a lot of administrative tasks. The position is a fixed-term full-time employment Monday to Friday from 07:45 to 16:00, some days until 17:00. You will be employed by us at Uniflex and then hired out to our client. For the right person, there is an opportunity to eventually be directly employed by our client.

Your main responsibilities

In the role of customer service representative, you will be responsible for the company's services and be a key player towards the company's end customers. You will primarily communicate with customers and colleagues via phone and email but will also work in various systems and manage bookings. Your main focus is customer satisfaction and making it easier and smarter for the customer. Your tasks include, among others:

  • Calling customers to book technician visits
  • Logging and administering booked technician visits in their business system.
  • Close contact with production planners to optimize planning
  • Handling and responding to calls to customer service
  • Learning and following customer agreements
  • Other administrative tasks

Who are you?

You are an outgoing person with good communication skills who enjoys challenges. You are proactive and seek solutions to questions and problems that may arise. It is natural for you to be service-oriented, and you are careful with times and deadlines. You feel comfortable in digital environments, and performing your tasks accurately comes naturally to you. In your daily work, you are structured and clear and have the ability to prioritize. You find it easy to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues. You are used to taking responsibility and working both independently and in a team. You are flexible and have no problem switching between larger projects and quick unplanned assignments. To succeed in the role, you must have the following competencies and experiences:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Communicative roles using phone and email as tools
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • Very good English in speech and writing
  • Good computer skills
