- Perform hands-on quality inspections and checks on trains
- Check components, installations, and subsystems against drawings, specifications, and standards
- Work practically with measurement, visual inspection, verification, and testing
- Document controls and results in digital production and quality systems
- Identify, report, and follow up deviations (NCR) in the operations
- Actively participate in troubleshooting, root cause analyses, and corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with assemblers, production engineers, engineers, and suppliers
- Participate in audits, both internal and external
- This is not an office role; you will regularly be out in the workshop and production, conducting inspections on-site and following the work from detail to finished vehicle.
- Technical education in areas such as machinery, electrical, quality, or production.
- Experience working as a train technician or quality inspector of trains, preferably 2–3 years.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel for work, as well as work evenings and weekends if required.
