Customer Responsible Technical Project Manager at Ellagro in Västerås

Ellagro is now looking for someone who wants to take a leading role with responsibility for one of the company's key customers. The role of Customer Responsible Technical Project Manager is new in the organization, and you will have the opportunity to shape processes, establish routines for work, and play a significant role in the long-term relationship with the customer. You will be part of the production unit in Västerås with about 30 engaged and competent colleagues. Together, you will operate in a technically advanced environment in close collaboration with other Ellagro units.

About the role

In the role of Customer Responsible Technical Project Manager at Ellagro, you will have the opportunity to combine technology, leadership, and customer responsibility. With a focus on welded constructions, you will drive projects from idea to finished product and be the cohesive link between the customer, design, and production. The role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities, and the main tasks include:

• technical preparation in the business system Monitor
• project management focusing on the customer's overall solution
• handling customer-specific requirements & documentation
• providing support and guidance to production staff
• long-term maintenance & development of collaboration with the customer

About you

For success in the role, we see that you have both a good technical understanding and administrative skills. This way, you help translate the customer's needs into technical solutions, and together with both the customer and your own team, you build competence throughout the project cycle. We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented and has the will to find ways forward, even when circumstances change.

You have a strong communicative ability that enables you to effectively communicate with all levels of the internal organization while managing the customer relationship well. You value good collaboration and contribute with precision and structure. You also have:

• post-secondary education in technology or production, or equivalent technical background
• experience working in CAD programs, preferably SolidWorks
• experience in preparation in business systems, advantageous with experience in Monitor
• fluent language skills in Swedish, both spoken & written, and are comfortable with English
• driver's license B & access to your own car
