JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for positive and engaged nursing assistants for the collaboration team Väster home care, Centrum Home Care, and Söder Home Care, who want to contribute knowledge, joy, and experience to our pleasant operations.

As a nursing assistant in our collaboration team, you will work to ensure that our care recipients have a good everyday life, where you assist with personal care and support, activation, social interaction, exercise, outdoor activities, service in the form of cleaning, laundry, and food handling, as well as shopping. Through a good and professional approach and a responsible working method, you provide our care recipients with the best opportunities for a good and safe life. We work with a fixed care contact, where one of our most important tools is the individual care plan. You read and document in our operational system. In addition to services from the Social Services Act, we also implement delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Documentation is an important part of your work so that everyone in the team can be aware of the developments regarding the care recipient.

Home care is varied and enjoyable work. Most of the tasks are planned interventions, but the work also requires flexibility due to adjustments as we help people with changing needs. We assist people with what they need and are entitled to, always focusing on their needs.

You should be flexible and independent, as well as able to collaborate well with your colleagues in groups and teams. With a positive mindset and a secure working method, you will go far. It is important that you want to work with the entire assignment from documentation to performing all delegated tasks.

Centrum, Söder, and Väster home care are bicycle-based home care groups, so you need to be able to cycle to be considered for a position with us.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, a completed education from the health and care program or equivalent is required, and experience in care professions is meritorious. As a person, you are solution-focused and responsible. You are confident in yourself and have an easy time collaborating with others. A professional approach is important, where you as an employee are attentive and flexible to the needs of care recipients, colleagues, and the organization. You need to have a positive mindset and a willingness to contribute to a pleasant work environment.
