Job Responsibilities

Do you want to work practically with advanced technology and see a finished result grow piece by piece? We are now looking for dedicated truck assemblers for a leading company in Gothenburg, where each vehicle is built and customized according to unique customer requirements.

This is not about assembly line work. Each truck undergoes a comprehensive production process of about 150 hours, allowing you to work long-term, carefully, and with great variation. You will be an important part of a team where quality, technology, and professional pride are at the center.

About the Role

  • As a truck assembler, you will work with the assembly and customization of vehicles in several technical areas. The work is both varied and challenging and includes, among other things:
  • Assembly of truck components according to customer-specific solutions
  • Working from technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and instructions
  • Installation and connection of electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Function testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments to ensure high quality

You will work closely with both colleagues and technical documentation – here practical work is combined with problem-solving and precision.

Job Summary

  • Location: Gothenburg
  • Scope: Full-time, long-term assignment
  • Employment type: Consulting assignment with the possibility of permanent employment with the client
  • Working hours: Daytime
  • Start: Immediately or by agreement

Your Profile

To be considered for the position, we are looking for someone who has an interest in practical work and technical assembly tasks. You thrive in a workshop environment and have experience or education in technology, mechanics, vehicles, or a similar field. Experience can also have been gained through work in agriculture, industry, or other fields where machines and technical equipment have been used.

As a person, you are responsible, self-motivated, and have the ability to plan and structure your work. You contribute to a good working environment through a professional and positive attitude.

Requirements for the Position:

  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Experience working with electrical and hydraulic systems, at least within 12V/24V
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and instructions
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to work
  • Driver's license B (manual transmission)
  • Technical or vehicle-oriented education or equivalent work experience

Meritorious:

  • Driver's license C
  • Forklift license
  • Previous experience working with larger vehicles, such as trucks, construction machinery, or similar
