Are you a hands-on person who enjoys being close to production and likes to combine operational work with responsibility for people and workflows? Then this could be the right role for you.

We are now looking for an operational team leader with a welding background for an exciting production within packaging and logistics solutions for the industry. Here you will have a central role in production where you both lead the work and are actively involved on the floor with the team. The work involves planning, distributing, and following up on tasks, ensuring material availability, and supporting and developing the team in practical work.

Start: By agreement
Location: Northern Gothenburg
Scope: Full-time, daytime Mon-Fri
Employment type: This is initially a consulting assignment. For the right person, there may be an opportunity to transition to our partner in the long term, provided everything goes well.

Your profile
Requirements:
• Experience from industrial production, preferably in metal
• Welding education and experience in MIG welding
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• B driver's license

Meritorious:
• Assembly experience/Industrial experience/Production experience
• Previous leadership or coordinating role
• Welding licenses
