We at Manpower are now looking for assemblers for Dana Spicer Nordiska Kardan in Åmål. As an assembler, you will work in a technical and varied environment where monitoring processes, material replenishment, and problem-solving are in focus. This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but will work on-site at the client in Åmål.

Assignment duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension

About the job

As an assembler, you will work independently in a production environment where technical understanding, structure, and responsibility are crucial. You will monitor production processes, ensure that the machines have the correct materials, and be available to solve various technical deviations. The work is done in shifts, which provides variation and pace in everyday life.

The role suits you who enjoy working practically, are positive about rotating between different machines, and appreciate developing your skills within the industry. Flexibility and a willingness to learn new tasks are important - here, the right personality and attitude are prioritized.

Your tasks

• Monitor machines and production processes
• Replenish materials and ensure correct operation
• Work independently and solve technical problems as needed
• Rotate between different machines and tasks
• Perform assembly and detail manufacturing

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is social, curious, and driven, and who thrives in a role where you can combine technology, problem-solving, and practical work. You need to be meticulous, dexterous, and quality-conscious, as well as have a strong commitment to contributing to a stable and efficient production.

Requirements for the position

• Driver's license and access to a car
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Experience in assembly and detail manufacturing
• Forklift license A1-4 and B1-3
• Ability to work shifts
• Good physical condition
• Industrial education at the high school level or equivalent experience

Meritorious

• Experience from the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge in CNC, cutting machining, welding, grinding
• Robot experience
