As an installer, you will assemble our self-manufactured sunshade products in our factory. We manufacture awnings, blinds, curtains, panel, pleated, and roller blinds, among others. The company also has installers who go out to customers and install our products. In our premises, we have a store where customers can see our products and receive assistance.

In the role of installer, you will work closely with installation staff, salespeople, and administration in our premises in Mölndal. Currently, six installers work at the company, and we have a total of 21 employees. Your work as an installer will begin with a training period where you will shadow and learn the different tasks. We have a collective agreement, the technical agreement IF Metall. We offer wellness benefits and free parking, among other things. We strive for good cohesion among employees and therefore occasionally conduct team-building activities.

Installers work according to the following work schedule: Monday to Thursday 06:30-15:36 and Fridays 06:30-13:36. Between week 12 and week 39, installers and installers work 30 minutes longer on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday according to a high season schedule. The accrued overtime during the high season is then allocated as days off during the regular work period (and overtime compensation is provided).

In this position as an installer, we see it as a requirement that you have basic knowledge of the Swedish language. The employment is a fixed-term contract from 2026-03-16 to 2026-08-28. There may be an opportunity for extension after this period. Requirements to be considered for the position:

-Have professional experience from production

-Have experience working with machines and screwdrivers

-Have good physical fitness and endurance as the job requires heavy lifting

-Have basic computer skills

-It is an advantage if you have a forklift license (but not a requirement)
