Are you a hands-on welder who enjoys working in a workshop environment? We are currently looking for an employee for a stable and growing company in Gothenburg that specializes in vehicle adaptations and superstructures.

About the Position

In this role, you will work with welding and assembly of structures related to vehicle adaptations. The work is varied and includes both manufacturing from scratch and adapting existing solutions.

Job responsibilities may include:

• Welding of steel structures
• Reading blueprints and dimensioning
• Assembly of mechanical components
• Installation of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Basic electrical work
• Adjustments, troubleshooting, and quality control

You will work closely with colleagues in production and play an important role in ensuring that the work maintains high quality.

Position Summary:

• Location: Gothenburg
• Scope: Full-time, long-term assignment
• Employment Type: Consulting assignment with the possibility of employment with the client
• Working Hours: Daytime
• Start: Immediately or as agreed

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with welding experience who enjoys practical and varied work in a workshop environment. You are accustomed to working from blueprints and feel confident taking responsibility for your tasks – from the first weld to the finished structure.

As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious. You like to take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done. At the same time, you work well in a team and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, or basic electrical work, as well as if you have previously worked with vehicles, machinery, or structures in a workshop environment.

• Experience with MIG/MAG (TIG is a plus)
• Good proficiency in reading blueprints
• Certificate for Hot Work
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
