Welder with Coordination Responsibility

Are you a skilled welder with production experience who enjoys taking responsibility in your daily work? Do you want to continue working practically with welding while also being a supportive person in the team? Then this might be the role for you.

We are now looking for a welder with coordination responsibility for our client's production in packaging and logistics solutions for the industry. The role is operational and present – you will weld yourself and participate fully in production. In addition to the practical work, you will help distribute tasks within the group, ensure that materials are in place, and serve as a natural contact person in daily operations.

Start: By agreement
Location: Northern Gothenburg
Scope: Full-time, daytime Mon-Fri
Employment Type: This is a direct recruitment where you will be employed directly by our partner.

Your Profile

Requirements:
• Experience in MIG welding
• Experience in reading technical drawings
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:
• Experience from industrial production, preferably metal
• Previous leadership, coordinating, or responsible role
• Welding licenses MIG & TIG
• B driver's license

As a person, you are confident in your role as a welder, unpretentious, and responsible. You enjoy working practically in production and take responsibility for your own work. At the same time, you are someone who likes to help coordinate work and support colleagues in everyday tasks. You are solution-oriented and keep your work organized. When needed, you step forward and help distribute tasks so that work flows smoothly. For you, it is natural to contribute to good collaboration within the team.
