About the position

As a Damage Technician at Brandt, you will work with some of the most well-known brands in the automotive world such as Volvo, Ford, Polestar, MG, Renault, and Dacia. You will be responsible for damage repairs where precision, accuracy, and technical skill are crucial to ensure high quality in every completed job. The work involves planning your day in consultation with the Damage Advisor, performing repairs, and actively participating in accordance with our processes so that we at Brandt Bil can deliver a world-class customer experience.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with strong technical competence and previous experience as a damage technician. You are meticulous and structured, with an eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering quality results. As a person, you are responsible, attentive, and clear in your communication to understand and meet both the customer's and your colleagues' needs. You are flexible and can handle changes in planning when necessary, and you find it easy to collaborate with others to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, preferably with automotive technical education
• Driver's license B
• Good computer and phone skills
• Experience working with sheet metal straightening, welding, and surface treatment

Meritorious

• Experience working with structural damage
• Experience with chassis and drivetrain repairs
• Experience with CABAS and CAB-Plan
• Experience with our brands

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. We welcome both female and male applicants.
