Do you have experience in transportation and enjoy leading people in their daily tasks?

We are now looking for a Transport Leader for an assignment in central Stockholm. This is a role for you who want to combine planning, responsibility, and close contact with staff, and who thrives in an operational leadership role where you can influence both people and flows. You will be a key person in the daily operations with responsibility for drivers, planning, and dialogue with customers.

Setup: Full-time, daytime Area: Fixed workplace in central Stockholm Start: immediately or by agreement

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the daily operations and act as a team leader for your team:

• Daily planning and distribution of transports and assignments

• Lead, follow up, and support drivers in their daily tasks

• Scheduling, driving times, and resource planning

• Handling deviations, complaints, and customer dialogue

• Time reporting, employee conversations, and administrative personnel issues

• Ensure quality, well-being, and efficiency in delivery

Who we are looking for

You are confident, communicative, and enjoy taking responsibility. You thrive close to the operations and like working with people. We believe you have:

• Experience in transport management, logistics, contracting, or similar

• Experience in personnel responsibility or leadership

• Good planning skills and experience in scheduling

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

• High school education

• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Transport management training

• Experience with heavy vehicles
