Due to strong expansion, we are looking for grinders for our grinding department in Nybro.

Who are we?

Our operations in Nybro include the renovation of bars for forest machine harvesters and the grinding of machine, package, and chainsaw chains as well as cutting, ice, and veneer knives. Our team in Nybro currently consists of 9 people, and the company (formerly RM Kedjeservice AB) has been active on site since 2014 and is now the leading company in Sweden when it comes to chain grinding. In March 2024, we became part of the company Samsons.

Samsons' vision is to be the complete supplier of consumables for forest machine contractors in Sweden. In the market segment for post-processing of cutting chains and bars for logging contractors, Samsons already has a high positioning, but we want to continue to develop together with our employees.

Samsons Nybro is today one of four geographically dispersed units that together within the Samsons group collect and deliver ground chains to the forest industry all the way from southern Norrland in Sundsvall/Östersund down to northeastern Skåne. In this vision, Nybro has received a central role where the majority of Samsons chain grinding for Sweden will be performed, as part of this we are again increasing the number of grinders and staff in Nybro.

About the position

You will play a central role in our service area with grinding cutting chains for the company's forest machine customers and be part of our wonderful team of sharp employees.

Your main tasks will include:

• Handling multiple separate grinding machines that process cutting chains.

• Taking responsibility for ensuring that the machinery and other parts of the workstation are maintained and function optimally.

• Monitoring that the grinding performed meets our high quality standards and customer satisfaction.

• Working with colleagues for continuous improvements aimed at refining production flows.

Competence requirements

You have an industrial technical background and experience in material processing. Previous direct experience in chain grinding is a plus. You have basic knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
