JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The main part of the job consists of providing individualized support and care, communicating, creating security, and empowering users in their daily lives to maintain their skills.

To succeed in your role, you are a person who:

• is comfortable working alone at night
• has high social competence with good self-awareness and is action-oriented
• sees reception, trust, and participation as important factors
• is persistent and patient and has the ability for a low-arousal approach
• has good collaboration skills, both internally and externally

The position is awake night and the schedule is based on 6 weeks with work every 3rd weekend.

At Munka Ljungbyvägen 43, you will be part of a team working together with healthcare and rehabilitation staff, coordinating support assistants, managerial support, and unit managers in group housing area 3.

The staff uses systems such as LifeCare and Appva. We systematically work with the work environment and continuously with quality work to provide users with the best care and create a good and safe workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained nursing assistant or has studied the Child and Leisure Program with a focus on social work or educational work or the Health and Care Program with a specialization in functional disabilities or another education that the employer deems equivalent/suitable for the position
• has experience in care and LSS
• can perform delegated healthcare tasks (insulin delegation)
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

We are looking for someone who is positive, proactive, and can work mostly independently but also as part of a team. You should be able to create security, have a good reception, be creative and courageous, and see the whole picture.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Interviews will be conducted continuously.
