As a field salesperson, you will work independently with your own responsibility - planning your days based on customer needs and Ramirent’s sales processes. Your focus will be on developing, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships in Kiruna and the surrounding area.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Building and developing relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Identifying business opportunities and driving sales through customer visits, customer activities, and other sales initiatives.
• Creating and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers and deals.
• Evaluating sales projects and securing profitable deals.
• Contributing to the team’s overall results and reporting your efforts.
• Providing input to your sales budget and working towards set goals. The position is based in Kiruna and involves sales responsibility for the local area, where you will work closely with Ramirent’s customer center.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in field sales and a proven track record of good sales results. You are a driven and communicative salesperson who enjoys creating and developing long-term customer relationships. With a proactive approach and strong self-motivation, you like to work in the field and are goal-oriented in your efforts to find the best solutions for each customer. You have high energy and great commitment, and you are motivated by achieving results in a role where you can take clear personal responsibility.

You have a high school education, good computer skills, and are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is required. Experience in sales, equipment rental, or the construction industry is an advantage, as is familiarity with the terminology and processes of the construction industry.
