About the job
The position is for: Summer temporary employment of varying sizes during the summer of 2026.
Start date: According to agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but referring to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 16 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).
Where do you see yourself this summer? By the sea or at Willys? Most would probably answer the sea, which is perfectly fine. But we would love to see you with us this summer! When you work at Willys, you get a fast-paced everyday life. You do everything from unpacking goods, working at the checkout, helping our customers, and keeping the store clean and fresh. As a summer employee at Willys, you will quickly take on responsibility and become an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience every day. In return, we can promise that you will gain experiences – in areas such as sales and service – that you will benefit from no matter what you choose to do in the future. - It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or with service, but it is not a requirement.
- You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
