About the role

As a Warehouse Employee, you are an important part of the store's daily operations. You work closely with both customers and colleagues, ensuring that goods are handled, delivered, and presented in an efficient and service-oriented manner. With a focus on structure, collaboration, and customer interaction, you contribute to the smooth operation of the warehouse and ensure that every customer has a positive experience.

Your tasks

  • Handle goods delivery to customers with high service and care
  • Receive goods, maintain order in storage areas, and ensure warehouse structure
  • Work with inventory management and stocktaking according to guidelines and system support
  • Assemble and place goods in the store in consultation with the sales team
  • Report transport damages and complaints according to procedures
  • Contribute to a positive work environment while following safety procedures and working ergonomically with the right protective equipment.
  • If necessary, tasks such as cash handling, restocking in the store, and picking for e-commerce orders may occur.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has good physical ability and enjoys an active job
  • Is service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused
  • Brings positive energy and teamwork
  • Has experience in warehouse work in a customer-facing environment (preferable but not required)

The position

Permanent employment at 80%, starting with a 6-month probation period. Start date according to agreement. Working hours include evenings and weekends.

Recruitment

Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Psychological tests (MAP and Matrigma) will be used in the process. A background check will be conducted at the end of the recruitment process for the candidate who advances to the final stage.
