Within the Primary Care Area North at Örnsköldsvik Hospital, there are three medical departments: Stroke and Rehabilitation Department, Hematology and Kidney Department, and MAVA/Heart Department.

We are now looking for new colleagues for our trainee positions in the medical departments. We give you the opportunity to try out all departments to then decide which workplace you wish to continue your employment with. The position is a permanent full-time employment with immediate start or according to agreement.

Nurse Trainee Position, Örnsköldsvik

We offer a secure onboarding program where you work under supervision and have the opportunity to try working for three months in each department. This is to give you a good insight into each department. After the trial period, you will choose, in dialogue with your manager, which department suits you best to continue your employment.

As a nurse with us, you work in a team together with doctors, nursing assistants, and other professionals such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, social workers, and dietitians. The tasks vary based on the patients' needs. You are responsible for:

• patient care
• medication management
• implementation of prescribed treatment.

With us, there is an opportunity for professional development, and we provide internal training. We use a wish schedule that allows some flexibility in adapting your shifts, as well as 2 out of 5 weekends for weekend duties. There is also an opportunity for wellness benefits in the form of wellness hours or wellness grants. We apply a Competence Ladder and there may be a possibility for student loan repayment, which we will discuss further during the interview.

We are looking for you who

• Are a licensed nurse
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you

• Have experience working as a nurse
