Are you handy, curious, and enjoy working practically? As an assembler at Medclair, you will work in the workshop in Skarpnäck, where you will become an important part of the production of the company's innovative technology and have the opportunity to develop in a growing cleantech company.

About the position

This is a consulting assignment for 6 months with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and Medclair intends to offer you employment with them in the long term. This gives both you and Medclair a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you enjoy your collaboration.

About the company

Medclair is a Swedish cleantech company founded in 2013 with a clear ambition: to reduce the climate impact of nitrous oxide while improving the working environment in healthcare-related operations. Nitrous oxide is a commonly used medical gas in areas such as obstetrics, pediatric care, and dentistry – but it is also one of the most climate-impacting greenhouse gases. Medclair has therefore developed innovative purification technologies that effectively capture and destroy nitrous oxide before it is released into the atmosphere.

Medclair has established itself as a leading player in the field, with customers in both public and private healthcare. In addition to the main products, Medclair also provides aftermarket service, technical support, and preventive maintenance to ensure long-term operation and customer satisfaction. They have their strongest market presence in the Nordic countries but have quickly built an impressive global presence with products distributed in over 20 countries.

At Medclair, you will be part of a flat organization with short decision-making paths and an engaged team in a forward-driven corporate culture. In the workshop in Skarpnäck, you will work closely with the team leader and your colleagues in a friendly team where everyone helps each other, shares knowledge, and where there are clear opportunities to develop and take on more responsibility over time.

Job responsibilities

As an assembler at Medclair, you will work in the workshop assembling the company's nitrous oxide purification systems. The production is moving towards a clearer production line, which means that you will gradually learn all the steps in the flow – from pre-assembly of parts to finished machine.

You will start by building your first units together with colleagues and with the help of clear assembly instructions. The goal is for you to become self-sufficient in all steps and be able to contribute where needed, whether it involves prefab assembly or simpler repairs.

You will work 100% in the workshop in Skarpnäck – this role does not involve travel or field assignments, but in the long run, there are good opportunities to grow within Medclair for those who show initiative and want to take on more responsibility.

Examples of job tasks:

  • Assembling Medclair's units according to drawings and work instructions

  • Pre-assembly of components and modules

  • Self-check and quality assurance of completed work

  • Contribute to order, cleanliness, and improvements in the workshop together with the team

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Completed upper secondary education

  • Interest in technology and practical work

  • Some experience with hand tools and basic mechanics

  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

  • Basic computer skills

Meritorious

  • Experience from workshop, production, industry, service, or installation environments

  • Education focused on vehicles, industry, electricity, or similar technical education

  • Experience in assembly work or ongoing production work

We are looking for someone who is practical, curious, and enjoys getting things done. You thrive in a role where you can use your hands, follow clear instructions, and at the same time take responsibility for ensuring that the job is done properly. You have a natural drive and enjoy a fast-paced environment – without losing accuracy. You are punctual, reliable, and take responsibility for both your tasks and the overall team.

As a person, you are unpretentious and are happy to help where needed. You are easy to collaborate with, contribute to a positive atmosphere in the group, and enjoy being part of a company that is growing and developing.
