Your role

As a Data Engineer in the Data, Analytics & AI section, you will be a central figure in our effort to make data accessible and usable. You will work hands-on to transform data (ETL/ELT), build and optimize scalable pipelines, and develop data models that lay the foundation for analysis and AI solutions. You will help further develop our modern data platform and integrate new technologies that future-proof our environment. The role involves close collaboration with an experienced team that has a holistic perspective on data. Your work makes a difference; you create flows that provide insights, participate in AI initiatives, and contribute to better decisions and more efficient processes throughout the organization.

What you bring with you

You work in a structured manner and have the ability to create order even in complex data environments. You take responsibility for your deliveries and ensure that pipelines and models maintain high quality and are sustainable in the long term. When challenges arise, you see them as opportunities; you have a solution-oriented approach that allows you to quickly find ways forward. Collaboration is a natural part of your working style; you thrive in close dialogue with colleagues within the team and other functions to create effective and innovative data solutions together.

We expect you to have:

• Education in data/IT or equivalent experience
• Experience with data warehouses and data platforms
• Good knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT, and data modeling
• Knowledge of Python
• Driver's license B
• Complete high school diploma

It is advantageous to have:

• Experience with BI tools
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern data architectures
