Your main tasks will be deliveries of massage chairs and training at the customer’s site. You will be responsible for technical service of massage chairs at customer locations or in our workshop. You will also be responsible for our inventory and keeping track of the stock of products and spare parts.

Profile

You are an open, solution-oriented, and flexible person who is interested and comfortable meeting people in various environments. You have a good technical understanding and are willing to learn and develop in the job. You have good health and physical fitness as the work may sometimes involve heavy lifting. Lifting aids and other equipment are available to facilitate the work environment and tasks.

The work area is all of Sweden, mainly with day trips from Örebro. Traveling with a transport vehicle will be a natural part of your daily routine. Our customers and partners are located throughout the Nordic region, so longer business trips with overnight stays may occur.

You will be based at our office in Örebro, where you will have your own workspace. Here, there is a warehouse and workshop where you will work with service, maintenance, and preparation for deliveries.

The employment form is a probationary period with the possibility of permanent employment.

Job Requirements

  • Driving license B
  • Ability to drive transport vehicles and handle lifting equipment
  • Ability to perform technical service and have a good technical understanding
  • General IT knowledge
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Good physical fitness

Knowledge and experience from similar work as well as forklift certification is an advantage.

Job Description

Main responsibilities for the following areas:

  • Unpacking and preparing for deliveries.
  • Deliveries, installation, and assembly at the customer’s site.
  • Instruction and training at the customer’s site as well as phone support.
  • Service and repairs at the customer’s site or in the workshop.
  • Inventory Responsibility: Overall responsibility for inventory and spare parts. Documentation of incoming and outgoing handling.
  • Handling of returns and complaints.
  • Preparation and updating of technical documentation.

The following tasks are also included:

  • Customer contacts with follow-up on service and offering service agreements.
  • Administration in CRM and business systems with ongoing updates of customer records, inventory, items, and activities.
  • Handling and recycling of products and packaging
  • Vehicle responsible for maintenance and upkeep of transport vehicles.
