About the Role

As a Parts Employee at Werksta Örebro, you will play a central role in ensuring that the correct spare parts are ordered and delivered on time for our repairs to be carried out efficiently. You will work closely with our mechanics and claims department to guarantee a smooth workflow.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience working with automotive parts and a passion for helping the team achieve its goals. You are meticulous and have a strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. To succeed in this role, you need the following qualifications:

• Experience in parts management.
• Familiarity with various vehicle models and their components.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
• Driver's license B is required.
• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Job Responsibilities

As a Parts Employee, you will have a varied workday where you handle different tasks, including:

• Ordering and ensuring delivery of spare parts from our suppliers.
• Inventory and updating stock status.
• Coordinating with the workshop to provide necessary components for various projects.
• Administrative tasks related to inventory management and orders.
• Providing support to other units as needed.
