Do you want to work in a technically advanced environment?

For our assignment at Saab in Kallebäck/Gothenburg, we are now looking for an experienced service technician with a focus on ventilation. Here you will be part of a knowledgeable team that together is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of Saab's properties. The role suits you who thrive close to the customer, appreciate variation in everyday life, and want to work long-term in a stable and secure operation with high technical demands.

Caverion and Saab have an agreement regarding technical management, operation, and maintenance of properties nationally. It is a partnership agreement based on mutual trust and transparency.

Your Responsibilities

Your main task will be to ensure contract terms regarding preventive maintenance within ventilation. You will patrol systems, perform service such as filter changes and belt replacements on fans, and handle fault reports. Furthermore, continuous improvements are part of our delivery to the customer, which is why we see identifying and implementing improvements as a prioritized part of everyday life. The work also includes documentation in the form of protocols, filter lists, and feedback to the customer. You will work both independently and together with our competent team. On-call duty is included.

You will also work with:

• Planning your own work
• Corrective and preventive maintenance of property technical systems
• Daily reporting (text, time, materials, subcontractors, and purchases)
• Identifying potential upselling and contributing to its implementation
• Preventive maintenance - patrols on UC, ventilation units, etc.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, require certain citizenship.

Your Background

• HVAC and property program, focus on ventilation or other relevant education
• Several years of experience in service and maintenance of ventilation
• Ability to read drawings
• Good knowledge of air measurement/adjustments of air volumes
• Knowledge of control and regulation is an advantage
• Driver's license B
