Planner in Home Care

We are looking for an engaged and structured planner for our home care team! This is a one-year temporary position but may be extended if needed.

As a planner in home care, you will have overall responsibility for planning and scheduling approved services, both under SOL and HSL, coordinating and collaborating with care staff, patients, and relatives, maintaining a continuous dialogue with employees to ensure quality and efficiency, evaluating and following up on services to ensure high quality of care, and participating in development work and improvement processes within home care.

Experience in elderly care or home care is an advantage. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the work involves documentation, information transfer, and communication with users, relatives, and colleagues.

Digital documentation is part of the daily work, and good computer skills are required.
