KALTEK is a family-owned company with a focus on customer needs. We offer both planning and assembly with our own installers. With projects in industry and agriculture, we tailor the project to your needs and wishes.

With roots in the craftsmanship tradition and a strong sense of detail, we strive to build long-term relationships with our customers. Our experience and personal commitment allow us to understand and realize your visions, regardless of the project's scope. At KALTEK, we take pride in offering reliable service with a genuine passion for the profession.
We currently have 10 employees and a turnover of approximately 30 million.

Our business has steadily grown since its inception in 2019. We have a high demand for our services and now need to expand the team with an additional hall builder who wants to join us on our journey forward. Do you want to work in a team where quality and safety go hand in hand? We are now looking for someone who wants to help create sustainable and functional hall solutions for our customers around Skaraborg and the surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities
We primarily work with the construction of grain halls, animal barns, machine halls, as well as industrial and service buildings for our customers in Skaraborg and the surrounding areas. We also work with traditional carpentry for agriculture, such as renovations and refurbishments of agricultural buildings.
In our projects, we work in teams of 2-4 people and are now looking for another person to join our operations who wants to help build our projects on-site with customers.

Profile

We are looking for a driven and practical person with good experience in construction, hall assembly, or carpentry. You may be at the beginning of your career as we offer great opportunities for development within the profession. However, if you have a professional certificate as a carpenter and experience in reading blueprints, we see this as an advantage, but the most important thing for us is your willingness to grow, take responsibility, and contribute with your engagement. If you have experience in sheet metal work or other construction-related specialties, that is welcome and something we see as a strength.
We primarily work with the assembly of components, which also includes working at heights, which requires good physical condition and comfort in these environments. We place great importance on personal qualities, where we value that you are responsible, unpretentious, and flexible, as we are a team that helps each other and sometimes needs to adapt at short notice. You must be proficient in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English. A driver's license (B) is required.
