Taperian in Lund, a Taperia in the heart of Lund, has its own brewery in the basement where all the beer served is brewed on-site.
Our menu has its heart in Spain but flirts with Italy and neighboring France.
We take pride in our craft, baking our own bread, and of course, making ice cream, pralines, and sausages from scratch in-house.
We serve a variety of delightful, innovative tapas, grilled dishes, and of course, we stand for quality and attitude.
We are open for lunch and à la carte, so we can offer a good and well-structured schedule.
The schedule is rolling with 1 lunch week, followed by a mix of day, evening, and long shifts. On average, 4 days/week.
You should have experience, pride, and enjoy a place with a fast pace, many different dishes, and a menu that is constantly improving.
The whole house breathes seasonality. Our own wine import, together with the brewery, our food concept, and YOU, makes us unique!
The position is desired to be filled in March.
Generous working conditions are offered with a monthly salary according to Visita/HRF + individual salary setting.
