Autohero is now strengthening its team with an experienced Paint Technician/Car Painter for our new paint center. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with modern equipment and advanced methods in a leading international automotive group.

This is a direct recruitment where you will be employed directly by Autohero.

As a Paint Technician/Car Painter, you will:

• Work in a small team (two people) and be responsible for painting/refinishing cars

• Manage the entire process: masking, sanding, color mixing, applying base and top coat, clear coat, and color adjustment

• Ensure that all vehicles meet Autohero's high finish and quality standards

• Test new methods and contribute to the improvement of routines, workflows, and tools

• Share knowledge and develop collaboration with the Smart Repair Technician

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in car painting and refinishing

• Preferably experience in repairing and repainting plastic parts

• Independent and quality-conscious, with knowledge of color matching and OEM standards

• Familiar with taking responsibility for the entire painting process

• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented

• Driver's license (B) required, preferably certification in Refinishing/Painting

• Open to new methods and improvement suggestions
