ONE Nordic in Stockholm has worked with business and organizational development in recent years and has experienced significant growth with good profitability, and they are now looking for an additional project manager to continue the journey.

About the role of Project Manager

In the role of Project Manager, you will drive your own project and service agreements. You will lead, coach, and motivate employees involved in your projects and ensure good resource planning for effective work. You will be responsible for the timeline, budget, work environment, and delivery. In addition, you will handle external communication with a few established clients to ensure good and long-term collaboration as well as quality delivery. You will work according to established routines and processes, follow up on quality, budget, and work environment, and have overall responsibility for the department's common results.

You will be based at their office in Segeltorp, report to the department manager, and be part of the local management team.

Your main tasks:

• Independently manage your own project and service agreements.
• Be responsible for the timeline, budget, work environment, and delivery.
• Lead, coach, and motivate employees involved in your projects.
• Handle external communication with clients to ensure good long-term collaborations.

About you

To succeed in the role of Project Manager, we see that you have previous experience in project management within infrastructure, preferably in lighting, traffic signals, or a related technical area. We also see that you are a person who is confident in your leadership and enjoys leading others. Finally, it is important that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is also an advantage if you have completed a technical college or university education.

To thrive in the role, we see that you are stimulated by problem-solving and appreciate a work environment with open communication. You are unpretentious as a person and driven to create good collaborations and achieve high results. Furthermore, it is important that you have the ability to independently plan, structure, and follow up on your work and have good communication skills. As the department's ambition is to reach its full potential, the department manager actively works with coaching and development of employees.

Important for the position:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager in electrical, lighting, traffic signals, or a related technical area.
