The Social Care Administration is looking for a nursing assistant for Hedegården's elderly care home, Södergården 2.

The position is a full-time temporary contract starting as soon as possible and lasting until 2025-08-31. The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Hedegården's elderly care home consists of six residential units, two with a somatic focus and four for individuals with dementia.

Responsibilities

It is therefore essential that you have the ability to see the whole picture around each guest. With us, you will be offered a flexible job based on a professional approach that puts the guest at the center.

Your tasks will include care work based on individual needs and health care tasks according to instructions or delegation from occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses. Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant with a genuine interest in working with people and is creative and attentive.

Requirements include completion of the Care and Nursing Program or equivalent training as assessed by the employer. Approved grades in Swedish 1 and social studies at the high school level. It is an advantage if you have training and/or experience working with individuals with dementia.

Great emphasis is placed on good teamwork skills, experience in care work, and personal suitability. You should also be calm, positive, and able to work independently under responsibility. You have good verbal and written communication skills, as well as good computer skills since documentation and the establishment of IBIC implementation plans are an important part of the job.

It is required that you have a protected professional title as a nursing assistant or are covered by transitional provisions to be offered the position.
