Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a nurse with diabetes competence! You will be responsible for the care of our diabetes patients together with your colleagues in our diabetes team.

We strive for a flexible working approach where the reception can be physical or digital, with individualized interventions and a belief in the individual's own abilities. Our task is to help the patient find tools to manage their illness and strengthen them in doing so.

With us, you will also provide healthcare advice via phone and digital channels as well as perform standard nursing tasks within primary care.

Qualifications

Licensed nurse with diabetes competence.
