Description

DART communication support is a specialist operation at Sahlgrenska University Hospital that works for increased communicative and digital participation.

We are now looking for a project-employed educational developer who wants to help create a digital education linked to the new bildstod.se, in close collaboration with experienced colleagues.

The assignment is carried out together with colleagues at DART, with support in existing working methods and shared responsibility for the project's implementation.

Responsibilities

You will work with colleagues at DART to develop, structure, and finalize a digital education on visual support and communicative accessibility. The work includes both planning and implementation, gathering and processing experiences from different target groups, as well as developing and packaging pedagogical and accessible educational materials.

Project management may be part of the assignment depending on your competence. Based on your background and the needs of the operation, you may also contribute to other educational and development initiatives and, to a limited extent, in patient work.

Qualifications

You have one of the following degrees/licenses: speech therapist, occupational therapist, or special educator/special teacher, or a teacher with education deemed relevant for the assignment. Experience working with communication support or cognitive support is a requirement. You have experience in conducting training or mentoring groups and an interest in digital educational formats. Experience developing web-based training and knowledge of previous bildstod.se is an advantage.

You are engaged, creative, structured, and collaborative, see the big picture, and understand the importance of cooperating with others. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Conditions

Fixed-term project employment based at DART communication support in Gothenburg. Scope 100% or as agreed. Possible extension.

You will be offered a developing assignment in an operation with high competence and good opportunities to contribute to increased communicative accessibility in society.
