About the operation

Dialysis Clinic Östra is a hemodialysis clinic with a highly specialized outpatient operation where we provide care with a wide range.

We treat both chronically and acutely ill patients and have 16 treatment places. We offer you a stimulating work environment where you work with medical technology and care and have the opportunity to build long-lasting and good relationships based on a person-centered approach. The goal is to create engaged patients with a focus on utilizing the patient's self-care ability, making it possible to live an active life with good quality of life despite chronic illness.

What do we offer?

The clinic is staffed with nurses and nursing assistants, and we operate every day of the week both day and evening, with shifts every 4th weekend. We work approximately one weekday evening a week. We are now looking for someone with previous experience in healthcare or who is coming directly from nursing education. As a newly hired nurse, you will receive thorough training alongside an experienced supervisor who will ensure you feel secure and comfortable in your new workplace. The training lasts for eight weeks. After that, your supervisor will act as a mentor.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in acute care and dialysis, but this is not a requirement. You will be part of a team that works together and supports each other. You have the ability to collaborate, are flexible, and enjoy creating long-lasting and good relationships. We are looking for someone who can complement our team, with a focus on personal suitability.

If you are a newly graduated nurse, you will be part of the Clinical Foundation Year, which is our introductory program. The Clinical Foundation Year is mandatory and lasts for the first year of your employment with us. It includes lectures, nursing supervision, and practical training of your profession at the Simulator Center. Additionally, it includes shifts in at least two different departments to broaden your competence.

In the event of recruiting nurses/doctors with foreign licenses/specialist certificates, the current position will be preceded by a process to meet the requirements for Swedish licenses/specialist certificates.
