We are looking for an engaged and professional dietitian for a summer job in our team at Advanced Home Healthcare (ASIH). As a dietitian with us, you play an important role in conducting nutritional assessments and providing support to our patients who need advanced care at home.

About us Aleris Primary Care provides ASIH, palliative care, rehabilitation, urgent care, and basic home healthcare. With a clear care concept and good collaboration, we create safe and secure transitions in care – making a difference every day.

Within Aleris' palliative care area North, we provide ASIH on behalf of Region Stockholm and care for severely ill patients at home. The operation consists of six ASIH units in northern and western Stockholm.

We offer specialized, person-centered care around the clock to adult patients, primarily with cancer, COPD, heart failure, and neurological diseases. Our work is characterized by commitment, participation, and a holistic view that creates security for both patients and their relatives.

The role With us, you will have a job characterized by teamwork, care on the patient's terms while also having the opportunity to develop in your professional role. You will be part of our paramedical unit and report to the head of the paramedical unit. You will join a competent unit with colleagues working in various professions such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social work, and dietetics. You have a dietitian colleague, who also works within Aleris ASIH North, to turn to when needed. In addition to the paramedical group, you will work in teams in close collaboration with nurses, doctors, and nursing assistants.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed dietitian with experience in nutritional assessments.

• It is advantageous if you have experience working with multi-sick patients and similar assignments.

• Is empathetic and can work with patients in complex care situations.

• Is flexible, independent, enjoys teamwork, and is confident in making your own assessments.

• Has good communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude.

• It is a merit if you have experience with TakeCare, itACiH, and the assistive technology portal.

Employment conditions

• Workload: 100 %.

• Job tasks: Nutritional assessments and dietary advice for patients within ASIH. Prescription of suitable nutritional products and follow-up on nutritional treatments.

• Remote work.

• Start: around 2026-06-15 to 2026-08-07 or by agreement.
