We are looking for a cold kitchen chef at Tiraholms Fisk:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with the best ingredients. The freshwater fish, which is the backbone of our company, is caught and farmed by us in Bolmen, just outside the restaurant. The pace is sometimes high and delightful, and the tasks vary throughout the year. In our appreciated restaurant, serving dishes made from our own-caught fish, you will work together with a driven team to create world-class culinary experiences!

You will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive beautifully plated meals of our own-caught fish! You will also work with artisanal processing of products for sale in our farm shop and from our fish truck.

Tiraholms Fisk is a family business located on the western shore of Lake Bolmen, where Småland meets Halland. Our facility, beautifully situated on a peninsula, employs about 30 seasonal staff during the summer and around fifteen year-round. In recent years, we have gained considerable attention for our unique facility and sustainable practices. We have the most work during the summer with the most intense workload then. We believe you have experience in cooking, are engaged, service-oriented, responsible, cooperative, enjoy juggling many tasks, and are cheerful and positive!

The position starts in April or as agreed. Possibility for full-time or part-time, as well as permanent employment.

We are also looking for seasonal staff for similar roles and other tasks commonly found in restaurants.

With Tiraholm as your starting point, you as an employee have the opportunity to borrow a boat, canoe, kayak, or SUP board to experience the lake and recharge during your free time. The area also has a rich cultural life with music concerts, festivals, and other enjoyable events!

We offer staff accommodation or are happy to help you find housing in the area! You need to be able to get to and from Tiraholm, preferably by your own car. Public transport is lacking.
