Do you want to work in a vibrant restaurant environment by the sea, where variety, joy of food, and service are at the center? We are now looking for a restaurant assistant for Nisses Bodega for a 75% position year-round.

The position starts in March/April for training ahead of the season and is suitable for you who enjoy responsibility, like to see the big picture, and want to be an important part of the operation.

About the position

As a restaurant assistant at Nisses Bodega, you will work in both the kitchen and serving and be a natural part of the daily flow. The role is varied and often means that you are the one who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative in the little things.

You will work closely with the department managers and other staff, contributing to the smooth running of the operation – even during busy periods.

Responsibilities

Your role includes, among other things:

• Working in the kitchen and serving
• Being responsible for the buffet in daily operations
• Baking snacks for conferences and events
• Contributing ideas and creativity in the kitchen
• Ensuring that order, quality, and service are at a high level
• Working together with and supporting youth in the work
• Working every third weekend (alternatively every other weekend by agreement)
• Taking responsibility for operations when department managers are not present
