Our client is an established player in the food industry with deep roots in Western Sweden and extensive experience in delivering quality products to professional kitchens, shops, and restaurants. The business is based in Varberg and is characterized by a focus on fresh ingredients, sustainability, and high service levels.

• Preparation and cooking of cold and hot dishes in a large kitchen environment

• Production of various types of sandwiches and simpler dishes

• Preparation and mixing of sauces, dips, and accompaniments

• Ensure good quality, hygiene, and order in the kitchen

• Work effectively in a team and contribute to good collaboration

• Follow routines, recipes, and food safety requirements

• Handle periods of high tempo and many parallel tasks

• Previous experience from large kitchens and/or restaurants

• Relevant culinary education or other education in food is a plus

• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and understood

• Ability to work in a structured and efficient manner

• Resilient and thrives in a fast-paced work environment

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Responsible and meticulous

• Team player with good collaboration skills

• Flexible and solution-oriented

• Service-minded and quality-conscious

• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team's common goals

Working Hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday from 07:00 to 16:00
