We are looking for one or two headwaiters at Tiraholms Fisk:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service, hospitality, leading staff, and serving meals made from the best ingredients. The freshwater fish, which is the backbone of the company, is caught and farmed by us in Bolmen, just outside the restaurant. The pace can be high and enjoyable at times, and the tasks vary throughout the year. During the summer, we have a popular à la carte restaurant featuring dishes made from our own-caught fish, where you, along with a driven team, create dining experiences that guests will remember for a long time. In spring, winter, and autumn, we offer conference guests opportunities to meet in an inspiring environment where the dining experience is central. We also work with themed events, often combining food and entertainment.

As a headwaiter, you are the face of Tiraholm and welcome our guests from near and far!

Tiraholms Fisk is a family business located on the western shore of Lake Bolmen, where Småland meets Halland. Our facility, beautifully situated on a peninsula, employs about 30 seasonal staff in the summer and around ten year-round.

We are busiest in the summer with the most intense work during that time. We believe you have experience in the profession and are engaged, service-oriented, responsible, cooperative, enjoy juggling multiple tasks, and of course, are cheerful and positive! Experience in leading staff is a big plus, but we also provide internal training.

The position starts on May 1 or by agreement. There is an opportunity for both part-time and permanent positions!

Salary according to agreement.

With Tiraholm as your starting point, you as an employee have the opportunity to borrow a boat, canoe, kayak, or SUP board to experience the lake and recharge during your free time. The area also has a rich cultural life with music concerts, festivals, and other enjoyable events!
