The tasks in Färgelanda Municipality's home care are very varied but mainly consist of care interventions in the individual's daily life in their own home, which involves shorter and longer distances driving both centrally and in the countryside. Being able to work independently and be solution-oriented, secure in your role and assignment, as well as being able to structure your work shift is something that is required. At times, the work pace is high, which means you must be able to handle stress.

All employees are part of a workgroup, which means that good collaboration skills, flexibility, and seeing opportunities instead of obstacles are necessary. It is important to be empathetic and have a good attitude towards individuals who need our assistance, but of course also towards their relatives, colleagues, and others you may encounter in your professional role.

The assignment includes being a Fixed Care Contact for some users. Being part of a multiprofessional team and performing delegated tasks from licensed personnel is included and is a natural part of daily work.

Requirements: trained nursing assistant

Meritorious: Experience from work in elderly care or home care.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Driver's license B.

Ability to work uncomfortable hours such as evenings and weekends.

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as the work involves documentation, information transfer, and communication with users, relatives, and colleagues.

Digital documentation is part of daily work, good computer skills are required. A criminal record extract is requested.
