As a project manager in our family business, you will be responsible for leading and driving complex and exciting renovation (ROT) projects and special assignments. Based in Länna, southern Stockholm, you will have a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no day is the same, while also developing within the company.


Your role as Project Manager

As a project manager, you are the hub of our projects and are responsible for everything from calculations and quotations to planning, execution, and follow-up. With a strong focus on creating customer value, you will:

• Drive and be responsible for project results: From quotation to final delivery, you ensure that projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and delegate: You work closely with team leaders and installers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Calculate and plan: Create clear calculations, project plans, and timelines that ensure successful deliveries.
• Build relationships: You will be the face of the company to the customer, responsible for customer contact and creating long-term partnerships.
• Develop and streamline: Capture and anchor changes, ensure inspections, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our projects.

We are looking for an engaged and results-oriented project manager with experience in driving projects within our industry. Experience with renovation (ROT) projects is a significant plus!


We believe you have:

• Experience in project management, budget responsibility, and customer relations.
• A high school diploma, preferably with competence in contract law, logistics, or economics.
• Good language skills in Swedish and English.
• Certification and experience in team leadership are advantageous.

• A natural leader with a business-oriented and service-minded approach.
• Social and communicative, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
• A problem solver who sees opportunities and has a winning instinct.
• Structured and meticulous, without losing focus on the big picture.
