Part-time Job as Warehouse Worker in Malmö – Are you our next star?

Are you looking for a physical and responsible job alongside your current employment? Do you have a keen eye for detail and thrive when the pace picks up? Then you might be the one we are looking for to assist our client in Malmö!

We are now seeking meticulous and energetic warehouse workers for part-time shifts. The work involves sorting, package handling, and logistics where every package counts. Since the operation runs around the clock, we offer a flexible schedule, but we prefer that you can work 2–3 days a week. We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling intense periods professionally and who has a strong sense of responsibility to ensure that every package is handled carefully for the end customer’s sake.

Responsibilities

• Sorting and scanning packages based on postal codes and shipping labels.
• Managing goods flow to minimize sorting errors.
• Operating forklifts.
• Ensuring that all packages are handled carefully to guarantee high quality for the end customer.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve set goals during busy periods.

Working hours vary as the operation runs around the clock. Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours, where a typical shift may be from 14:00 to 18:00/19:00. The start of the assignment will be agreed upon, and you will be employed by us at Randstad. Qualifications

Requirements:

• Other main employment: You have, for example, your own business, are studying, or working weekends (you are not currently working full-time).
• Language skills: Good understanding of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Personal qualities: Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm during high flow periods.

Availability: Ability to work 2–3 days a week.

Preferred:

• Forklift license: Authorization A2 (simple forklift).
• Experience: Previous work in warehousing and terminals.

To be considered for the role, you need to be able to attach a certificate of another main employment of at least 50%.
