Do you want to work in one of the hubs of ICA's logistics flow and contribute to the supply of goods to approximately 700 ICA stores in the South/West? As a Traffic Controller in Helsingborg, you will be an important part of our round-the-clock operations and ensure that traffic and goods flows in the area function efficiently every day. We are now expanding our team to manage an additional logistics site in Helsingborg.

About the role

As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for directing incoming and outgoing transports at our warehouse unit in Helsingborg. You will work closely with several functions in logistics, carriers, and freight forwarders, and use digital systems to plan and manage transports and deliveries.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Traffic management of incoming and outgoing vehicles.

• Operational planning of deliveries.

• Administrative tasks related to transport and traffic flows.

• Daily communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient flows.

The work is scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Night work may occur. You will be part of a positive, close-knit team that values collaboration and job satisfaction.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We believe you will succeed in this role if you are structured, communicative, and thrive in an environment where the pace is sometimes high and decisions must be made quickly. You have good computer skills, are fluent in Swedish and English, and have logistics education or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.

It is an advantage if you have experience from ICA, the warehouse or transport industry, and if you have worked with traffic management or systems such as Paragon, LS, or other ICA systems.
