About the position:

As an Operational Production Planner, you will be part of one of our key functions, Planning, which is responsible for establishing, communicating, and continuously following the production plan at Hilton Foods Sweden. The job includes monitoring the flow from the delivery of raw materials, through production, to delivery to our customers.

You will work closely with relevant internal departments and externally on a daily basis with our customer’s inventory planning.

You will establish and communicate short-term production and raw material plans and will be responsible for sourcing raw materials and packaging materials as needed.

Throughout the day, you will monitor incoming orders and update the production plan as necessary. An important part of the role is to support production with various questions regarding raw materials, materials, and sales.

You will report to the Planning Manager and be part of the Procurement & Planning team.

We are looking for someone who:

Is passionate about controlling processes, forecasts, sales, and production and material flows. You thrive in the fresh produce industry where fast flows, short lead times, and clear deadlines are a natural part of everyday life.

You ideally have relevant education and previous experience in production management and planning. As a person, you are driven, solution-oriented, and self-sufficient, with high integrity and good collaboration skills. You are flexible and thrive in a sometimes fast-paced work environment where quick decisions and prioritization are required. At the same time, you are structured and have an easy time maintaining order and overview.

You enjoy working on a computer, have a clear interest in systems, and quickly familiarize yourself with flows, business systems, and item structures.

The position requires good computer skills and very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially MS Excel.

Experience with business systems such as SAP and previous work in the fresh produce industry is an advantage.

You also have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Duration/Working hours/Salary

Vacation substitute from 2026-03-16 until 2026-09-18 at the latest.

Full-time 100%, shifts and work on Sundays may occur.

Fixed monthly salary according to agreement.
