Göteboil Seafood is a newly opened restaurant in Gothenburg with a unique seafood boil concept inspired by Louisiana, USA. About the Position

We are looking for a cook who wants to work practically in the kitchen while also taking responsibility for ordering ingredients and supplies. The role primarily involves following our existing routines and ensuring that every dish maintains the same high quality – every time.

Much of the selection process takes place through trial work, where we observe how you work in reality.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of dishes according to Göteboil's concept and recipes
• Ensure high hygiene standards and comply with food safety laws and procedures
• Be responsible for orders and ensure that supplies are available in the right quantities
• Maintain order in the kitchen and work systematically even in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate closely with the team in a family-like work atmosphere

Who Are We Looking For?

• You may have no experience at all or many years of experience – the most important thing is how you work in practice
• You have a good understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen standards
• You are meticulous and ensure that every dish is executed correctly
• You take responsibility, are reliable, and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team
• You can handle pace and stress without compromising quality
