As a nursing assistant with us, you will have a valued and important role.

Together, we create a wonderful time for our residents at our facility!

The Role

  • You create a safe and pleasant environment where each individual receives the care they need, including everything from personal care and service to social support.
  • You play a crucial role in supporting our residents in their daily lives.
  • You participate in the planning and implementation of activities that promote social community and health.
  • You document according to the Social Services Act, performing medication and rehabilitation interventions as delegated.
  • You are an extended arm and engaged contact person for residents.
  • You perform cleaning in our common areas and participate in quality and development work.
  • You work closely with other staff to ensure high quality in care.

The working hours are distributed over days, evenings, and weekends. Currently, you will work 2 out of 5 weekends (not in a row).

Is this you?

We want you to:

  • Be able to present a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare, or alternatively, be able to prove permanent employment as a nursing assistant according to current directives from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish, be accustomed to documenting on a computer, and reporting both verbally and in writing.
  • Be responsible, secure, engaged, analytical, and have an easy time collaborating.
  • Be able to understand other people's perspectives and situations.
  • Have the ability to structure and prioritize your work.
  • In stressful situations, remain calm, be stable, and focus on solutions.

If you have experience with documentation in systems, such as VIVA or APPVA, it is an advantage. If you have previous experience working with the BPSD registry and have completed the Stjärnmärkt training model via the Swedish Dementia Center, it is especially valuable to us.
