Since 2021, we have been open here in Kivik in the house right in the middle of the small square.

April to early autumn is our peak season where we have high occupancy, and during the autumn and winter months, we operate the restaurant on a smaller scale year-round.

Inspired by Italy and the Mediterranean, we focus on details, great ingredients, and always strive to keep it 'simple' with high flavors.

Professional and knowledgeable service without being stiff; personal, genuine, and relaxed is what we thrive on. We want Tryffelsvinet to be a place where everyone feels welcome!

We hope and feel that we also have a familial, personal, and wonderful atmosphere among the staff.

We give so much of ourselves and our waking time; it is important to enjoy going to work.

We want you, the applicant, to have a good dose of professional pride in what you do and a genuine interest in food and the entire industry, as well as a few years of experience in service with à la carte.
